Recently, Mr. Katsuhiko Ikeda, a consultant from Japan visited 7-Eleven stores in Cambodia and Lao PDR. For this occasion, Mr. Chairot Thiwat Mancharoen, Managing Director of International Business led a team of executives to discuss the guidelines for the operation management of 7-Eleven stores with Mr. Katsuhiko, as well as received advice on product and service management, as well as customer impression management. They were also warmly welcomed by Mr. Sonthaya Wangsiriwet, Managing Director of CP All Cambodia Co., Ltd., Mr. Thatri Chirabanjongchit, Managing Director of CP All Laos Co., Ltd., as well as other employees who came to attend the discussion, in order to receive recommendation on how to further improve the operation and management of 7-Eleven stores in both countries.
